John had plans to go shooting today, but the weather is not permitting. The snow level is at about 4500 ft. This is a view of the backside of the San Bernardino Mountain Range from the backyard. Big Bear is the high-point of the range and offers great hiking and camping opportunities. Big Bear is about a 50 minute drive from John's house in the High Desert.
